On April 16, 2018, at 2:20 PM, an employee was inspecting a pipe when another pipe rolled into the pipe he was inspecting, crushing his left index finger and resulting in an amputation at the first joint.

An employee was changing a saw blade when the saw machine activated. The employee's left ring and little fingers were amputated.

The jack malfunctioned, causing the brakes to apply; the employee fell forward onto the concrete warehouse floor. The employee suffered an injury to the left leg and was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
