An employee was on an extension ladder, using a caulk gun to service a customer's leaking window. He fell from the ladder to the ground and suffered a broken wrist, six broken ribs, a broken knee, a broken septum, and various other cuts and contusions.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
