An employee fell from a 10-foot A-frame ladder to the ground while descending. The employee's elbow hit a push cart and their head hit a metal cover on the floor resulting in a fractured elbow and stitches above the eyebrow.
An employee was dismantling equipment for scrap removal. As he was about to remove a motor from a height adjustment rack, the motor slid down the track and struck his left ring finger. He suffered a partial amputation and was hospitalized.
