An employee was attempting to cover a loaded dump truck with a tarp along with another employee on top of the dump bed when the wind caught the tarp and blew him off the top of the bed to the ground. He was hospitalized with a concussion and a laceration to the back of the head.
An employee was climbing a stepladder, slipped on the fourth rung and fell approximately four feet to the asphalt ground resulting in a broken right wrist and a bruised right hip.
