On June 4, 2020, an employee was working from a ladder, pulling cable. The employee fell to the floor, landing on their feet and breaking both heels. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
