An employee was working on a trim side winder line and was attempting to secure two tether brackets using a secure gun. The employee was using the secure gun while holding the bracket when the bracket spun and struck the breakaway gloves, causing them to break but still catch the employee's finger and cause a compound fracture to the finger.

On February 25, 2023, an employee was performing maintenance on a robot cell and went to step down from one platform to the next. He squatted down and put his hand on the edge of the platform preparing to move down to the next platform. The employee's feet slipped in dirt, rocks, and debris and he fell, resulting in a left hip fracture.

An employee was using a saw to cut a piece of concrete when the piece gave way and pushed the saw into the employee's leg. The employee's leg was lacerated, requiring stitches and hospitalization.

An employee was operating a forklift to retrieve a stack of empty containers from behind a weld cell. The forklift grabbed the stack. Then the forks tilted back, causing the top container to fall onto the forklift cage. The employee got off the forklift and went to pull the container down. The container fell on the employee's head and leg, resulting in a bump to the head and a fractured right leg.

An employee was working to deliver mail to an apartment building. She was waiting for a customer to move, to obtain clearance to the mailboxes. The door swung inward and closed on her right little finger. The top half of her finger was surgically amputated.

An employee fell from a step ladder while reaching for a tie-off point. He impacted the ground, and landed on his bolt bag which contained tools. The employee was hospitalized with fractured ribs, and a lacerated spleen and kidney.

On October 30, 2025, an employee was working to adjust a stackable metal shipping container. As the container dropped into place, it caught the employee's hands in an area between the upper and lower cross-members. The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.
