On 7/18/2020, at 1:30 PM, an employee fell from a ropes course while doing some maintenance work. The employee was hospitalized with a dislocated elbow and fractured pelvis.

An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
