On November 21, 2019, an employee was mounting a center-ride double pallet jack. The pallet jack moved in reverse and the employee's leg was crushed between the pallet jack and a safety post. The employee's leg sustained internal damage that required surgery.
An employee was looking into the bucket of a front-end loader to see how much material was in it. A skid steer backed into the employee, who then fell into the edge of the front loader's bucket and suffered internal bleeding in the abdominal area.
