An employee exited the cab of a cab-over style front-loading waste truck before the truck had come to a complete stop. When his foot came in contact with the ground, the employee lost balance and fell. The passenger side front tire ran over his left heel and right foot. The employee sustained a fracture and degloving injury to his right foot and a laceration to the heel of his left foot.
