An employee was abrasive blasting structural steel when their air supply hood caught on something causing the employee to lose their balance. As the employee reached to regain their balance, the abrasive nozzle crossed their arm causing a laceration/abrasion injury to their wrist.
An employee was installing wood trim surrounding a skylight inside a home. While holding a piece of trim in it's desired location, his pneumatic nail gun discharged, sending a 3/4-inch pin nail into his left forearm.
