An employee was loading luggage into a cart when a vehicle backed up and pinned them between two bag carts. They sustained a leg fracture and a laceration to the leg requiring surgery.

An employee was driving a bag cart down a ramp. Her left leg was caught between the bag cart and a wall. The leg was broken and she was hospitalized, undergoing surgery.

On November 7, 2019, at 2:30 p.m., an employee performing aircraft servicing prior to departure slipped and fell due to glycol on the ground. The employee was hospitalized with a fracture to the right ankle.

On April 13, 2018, an employee was hooking a lavatory dump cart up to a tugger when the employee's right index finger was pinched in the hitch, resulting in an amputation of the fingertip.

An employee was operating a Lectro P.I.V. and struck a PCA air handler while in route to meet a flight. The employee suffered a lacerated liver, chipped vertebra, and bubbles in the intestine.

An employee was walking back to her workstation. A forklift reversed a short distance, then completed a U-turn and struck her, running over her lower extremities. She was hospitalized with a broken ankle.

An employee was training on a jockey truck. Upon stepping out of the truck, the employee was struck by a rubber tire gantry crane, resulting in amputations of the right leg above the knee and left leg below the knee.

An employee was standing at the rear of a double pallet jack. Another double jack approached, and the employee's lower leg was caught between the two pieces of equipment. He suffered a broken tibia and fibula.

An employee was unloading large material bags on a loading dock. A forklift tine pinned the employee's foot against a pallet, causing the employee to fall and suffer a broken ankle.

An employee was pushing a container when they were struck by a forklift. The employee sustained a left leg fracture.

An employee was clearing a jam on the airport baggage system conveyor when his left leg became caught between slats of the conveyor. The employee sustained fractures and tissue damage to his lower leg, requiring hospitalization and surgery.

An employee was helping offload an aircraft. She was standing in the opening between a parked cart and an unoccupied aircraft tug when another vehicle struck a stationary bag cart, which then struck her. The employee suffered a skull fracture near the right eye, a right kneecap fracture, a nose fracture, and sinus damage, as well as soft tissue damage to the left calf and hip. She was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was working to refuel a truck. While handling the fuel hose(s), she experienced pain in her stomach. After completing the task, the employee drove back to the pad and the movement aggravated her abdominal pain. The employee was hospitalized with an abdominal sprain/strain.

An employee was on a jetway overseeing the operation. As the jet bridge was retracted, the employee's left arm was caught between the jet bridge side walls. The employee sustained a degloving to their left forearm.

An employee was descending a fixed ladder on the side of a container loader. The employee fell from the ladder, landing on the ground about 6-8 feet below and sustained fractures to their back and pelvis.

An employee was driving a boom lift (in the lowered position) in an exterior dock area. The lift s left wheels rolled onto base plates that covered a 3-foot-deep sump pit. The base plates failed, and one side of the lift dropped. The employee's left leg was caught under the lift basket, and he suffered a fracture to the lower leg including the ankle.

A temporary employee was carrying a nail gun through the warehouse when it hit his leg, activated, and fired a nail into the leg.
