The injured employee went to walk on top of staged bracing poles that had been stacked. The top layer of bracing shifted when stepped on, causing the employee to lose balance and fall. During the fall, one of the bracing poles dislodged and landed on the employee s left leg, causing a compound fracture.

An employee was working to remove an existing window from a customer's home. The employee was descending an extension ladder when they fell backward onto a concrete patio. The employee sustained head trauma and fractures to their shoulder, ribs, and a vertebra.
