On June 18, 2021, a roofer was tearing a roof off. As he was walking in an area of the roof containing the original shingles, his foot went through the rotted wood under the shingles. He suffered a twisted ankle and was hospitalized.
An employee was adjusting his lanyard to get more slack so he could move to a different part of the roof he was working on. He slipped and fell 8 feet from the leading edge of the roof to the ground, breaking his arm. He was hospitalized.
