An employee was descending the ladder of a tower crane during severe weather when they were blown and fell from the crane to the ground, injuring their shoulder.

During rigging and crane operations, an employee was moving one concrete pole to gain access to another concrete pole when the load shifted and the employee was pinned between the load and the truck bed, leg resulting in fracture to their lower leg.

An employee was on a straight ladder gathering equipment to be used at a jobsite. When they began descending the ladder, they fell 8 feet from the ladder to the ground below, resulting in fractured wrists, a fractured cheekbone, and a laceration on their hand.

Employees were building a gantry. The injured employee was carrying part of the gantry when their left ring finger was crushed between the gantry and wood. The employee's fingertip was amputated.

A crane operator slipped and fell while getting out of his crane, landing on the ground and rendering him unconscious. The employee was hospitalized.
