Final narrative
An employee was moving a part from a metal stamping press. The pull-backs she was wearing pulled her hands back, but her right middle finger came into contact with the sharp edge of the metal part she was handling and she suffered a severe laceration to the fingertip. The fingertip was partially amputated under the fingernail.
Two employees were pushing a lawn mower into a utility truck. The injured employee placed their hand at the left side of the lawn mower deck when they were struck by a blade. The employee's left middle and ring finger were lacerated.
