An employee was using a rag to clean a liner while rotating the liner turret counter-clockwise with his left hand. The employee's right little finger was caught between the stationary dog leg channel and the rotating star wheel. The fingertip was amputated above the first knuckle.

On November 01, 2019, an employee was cleaning a mandrel (metal cylinder which holds the can) of a can printing decorating machine when the printer jogged, causing his right hand to be caught between machine's mandrel and blanket wheel (transfers the image onto the can).
