An employee was descending a catwalk. He lost his balance and his foot was wedged between the base of the catwalk and a machine. He suffered fractures to the right fibula and tibia and was hospitalized.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
