Two employees were installing exhaust piping on a fryer. The injured employee was stabilizing and rotating the middle section while Employee 2 was bringing the stacks together. Employee 2 had material slip out of his hands, which then fell onto the injured employee's finger causing the amputation of the left index fingertip.
