An employee was transferring a die from a rack to a press machine using a manual roller table. The die fell, pinching the employee's fingers against the guardrail and breaking them.
On March 5, 2025, at approximately 8:50 AM, a maintenance technician was clearing debris from a pedestal drill press when their knit glove became caught in the rotating drill bit. The employee sustained amputation injuries to their right middle finger.
On September 22, 2022, an employee used an aerosol spray to oil a machine component. Oil dripped onto a hydraulic cylinder. The employee was wiping it off when the machine cycled and crushed the employee's right middle finger against a stationary block. The employee suffered a partial amputation to the finger.
