An employee was performing general cleanup duties when they collapsed and passed out due to heat exhaustion. They were hospitalized for heat exhaustion, dehydration, and acute renal failure.
An employee tripped over a pallet while walking between two assembly cells, hit a pole, and fell to the ground, breaking their left hip. The employee was hospitalized, requiring surgery.
At about 10:30 a.m. on August 7, 2025, a warehouse technician working for Tnemec Company, Inc., began sweating profusely a half-hour into their shift.
