While conducting a field assignment, an employee was carrying equipment down a flight of stairs on his way to collect milk samples. The employee slipped and fell down the stairs striking the floor face first and sustained seven fractured facial bones and brain hemorrhaging.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
