On October 8, 2021, an employee was walking to a furnace when he tripped over a spud bar approximately 18 inches off the ground and fell into a batch charger, resulting in head wounds on their forehead and scalp that required staples and stitches.
On February 19, 2025, an employee got off their forklift to pull a box from a racking system. After getting the box, the employee stepped backward and tripped over the forklift forks. The employee fell and sprained their back.
On October 13, 2021, an employee was pushing a metal cart onto an elevator. As the cart turned, the employee's right thumb was pinched between it and the side of the elevator. The employee suffered a potential amputation to the thumb tip.
