An employee was hooking up a dolly to a trailer. While positioning the dolly, his hand slipped, pinching the inside of his thumb between the trailer and the dolly. He sustained a partial amputation to the left thumb.
An employee was moving a section of a roller conveyor into a truck for unloading. The equipment was pushed and pinched the employee's right middle finger, causing an amputation to the fingertip (with no bone loss).
