A driver was opening a trailer door when a gust of wind blew the trailer door open, hitting the driver in the face and knocking him to the ground. The employee suffered a hip injury.
Three employees were rolling a portable conveyor. One of its wheels fell into a drain, causing the conveyor to tip and fall onto the injured employee. The employee suffered injuries to the shoulders and legs and was hospitalized.
An employee was inside a machine attempting to fix the glue mechanism when the machine activated. The machine's tray cut his lower left leg, requiring hospitalization.
