The employee's arm was pulled down into the machine until his body was stopped by a support bar that goes across the machine. The employee's arm was fractured at the elbow and required hospitalization.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.
