At approximately 9:45 PM, an employee was found unconscious on the floor, laying next to a ladder. The employee sustained a laceration on the back of the head and was hospitalized.
An employee was stocking product in the lawn and garden area of a store when they tripped over a storage rack that was approximately knee height. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a fractured hip that required hospitalization and surgery.
An employee was handling a small platform ladder with three steps and two wheels in the front. The employee was found on the floor underneath the ladder. She was hospitalized with multiple fractures to the sacrum.
