On July 7, 2021, an employee was using a wooden platform that was about 10 to 12 feet high to install the overhead can lights on a new two-story home. The wooden platform gave way causing the employee to fall on his feet. He was hospitalized for a broken right ankle.
An employee was in a homeowner's attic when he took a step on a truss board. The board gave way, causing the employee to fall through and land on the garage floor. The employee sustained a fractured vertebra.
