An employee was offloading an airplane flight. After driving a transporter car to place a pallet on a static rack, he got off the transporter to apply the lock and secure the pallet on the rack. The pallet began to roll off the rack and pinned the employee against the transporter. He suffered a broken right leg.

At about 3:45 a.m. on June 13, 2025, an employee was hooking up dollies before an aircraft landed. His right middle finger was pinched between a dolly tongue and a hitch connector, and he suffered a partial amputation to the fingertip. The employee was hospitalized and required surgery.

An employee was removing unit load device (ULD) containers from a slave dolly. A forklift reversed and struck the employee, resulting in a fractured ankle.

An employee was driving a truck. He turned the truck onto an uneven surface when a strong wind caused the vehicle to overturn. The employee suffered four broken ribs and an abdominal injury.

An employee was transferring cargo/freight from a K-loader onto a dolly. The pallet rolled to the opposite end of the dolly where the employee was standing and fell on him. He was crushed between a catering truck and the pallet and sustained chest injuries.

An employee was using a crane. The hook slipped and a fitting fell onto a finger on the employee's left hand causing a fracture and laceration.

An employee was transporting an 800-pound die on a cart from the tool room. The employee was pulling the cart when it struck a metal plate on the floor. This caused the cart to tip forward and the die to slide off the cart. The die struck the employee's left foot and their second toe was amputated.

An employee was using a forklift to load pallets of product on a trailer. He exited the forklift to adjust a pallet by hand. The pallet fell on him, resulting in an injury to the left leg.

An employee was lifting a 500-pound steel counterweight off a pallet using a magnetic hold jib crane. The counterweight detached from the crane and the employee sustained a left foot/toe fracture that required surgery.

An employee was using a pipe wrench to turn a 42-foot-long steel pipe on jack stands to weld the bottom portion. The pipe fell off the stands, striking the injured employee on his left shin. The employee sustained a left leg fracture at the shin area as well as a tibia fracture that required surgery.

Two employees fell from an access bridge while entering an aircraft to perform maintenance. They landed on the ground about 20 feet below, where one of them lost consciousness. One employee sustained a fractured knee and another employee sustained a back strain/sprain. Both employees were hospitalized.

An employee experienced sharp pain in his lower torso area while loading baggage into the front cargo pit of an aircraft. The employee sustained a hernia.

The injured employee was assisting in the disassembly phase after a radar array had been lowered and secured. The crew began removing load bearing pins from an overhead crane to free the radome. A load bearing pin was stuck. The injured employee went to remove the pin manually as a second team member applied pressure from the opposite side. The pin unexpectedly released and struck the injured employee s right thumb, resulting in partial amputation of the distal phalanx including an open distal phalanx fracture and nail bed laceration.

On September 11, 2025, an employee was lowering a railing system on an aircraft fueling cart when his gloved right ring finger was caught in the folding railing system, resulting in a fingertip amputation that required hospitalization and surgical reattachment.

An employee was working at ground level when an aviation engine cylinder weighing 30 pounds fell from a seven-foot high shelf and struck the employee on the head. The employee suffered a fractured skull and was hospitalized.

After cutting a slab of beef short ribs, an employee turned to grab the pieces he had cut and his right hand contacted the saw blade. The employee sustained an amputation to his right index finger.

An employee was unloading a carpet pad from a truck when they fell from the truck dock to the concrete below, resulting in five fractured ribs and an injury to their left lung.
