On the morning of August 24, 2021, after working with another employee to move cattle from horseback, an employee rode his horse into a barn. He was later found lying face down with a head injury, having been kicked in the head by the horse.
An employee had been using a tractor to move a dumpster to the roadway. While unstrapping the dumpster, it slipped and fell onto the employee's left ankle. The ankle was fractured, requiring hospitalization and surgery.
