An employee was walking down the stairs in a client's apartment when he slipped and fell down the stairs. The employee sustained three fractured vertebrae and bruised ribs.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.
