On January 29, 2021, An employee was on the dump bed of a truck when she lost her footing and fell. She struck her back on the trailer hitch and was injured. She was hospitalized.

On 11/06/2018, at 10:17 a.m., an employee was in a golf cart spraying the lawn in the median when a truck struck the golf cart. The golf cart was on the roadway. The employee sustained injuries to his pelvis, spine and ribs, as well as lacerations, requiring hospitalization.

On December 8, 2020, an employee exited from the passenger side of the company truck that was parked on the side of the road and walked around the front of the vehicle. As he walked past the truck, he was struck by an oncoming vehicle trying to pass, resulting in a broken left leg.
