An employee was riding a pallet jack toward the breakroom when the pallet jack struck an order picker and the employee's foot was fractured.

On September 13, 2024, the injured employee was walking through an aisle where a co-worker was removing pallets from the racking system using an order picker. The corner of a pallet being moved contacted the corner of a skid next to it, causing two empty pallets to fall 12 to 16 feet from the racking onto the injured employee. The employee sustained a laceration and contusions to the back of their head and left shoulder.

An employee was in a powered industrial vehicle (PIV), pulling down racks. One of the racks tilted and its top portion struck his head. He suffered a head injury that required staples.

An employee was returning from lunch and went to disconnect a forklift battery from charging when he felt a shock and sustained burns to the back of his right hand. The employee was hospitalized.

An employee loaded six TV stands onto a hand truck dolly, each one weighing approximately 38 kilograms. The employee pushed one side of the dolly while his co-worker pushed on the other side of the dolly. The employee lost his footing and fell. The dolly then fell on top of him and the handle pierced his right foot through the tongue of his shoe, resulting in a puncture wound.
