Final narrative
On October 5, 2021, an employee was unloading products from the back of a box truck. He was on the lift gate with a dolly full of beer boxes; when he pressed the descend button, the dolly began moving away from him. As he tried to catch it, he fell off the lift gate with the dolly and the beer boxes. He suffered injuries to his shoulder, back, and leg and was hospitalized.
