On October 26, 2021, an employee was working on a combine. While exiting the cab of the combine, the employee squatted down to see the front of the combine. The employee then felt pain in their lower back. The employee was hospitalized with a slipped disc in the lower back.

An employee lost his balance while securing lawn mowers on a flatbed trailer. He grabbed one of the lawn mower hoods to prevent himself from falling. The hood flipped up and the employee fell 3 to 6 feet onto his back. He suffered bruising to his back and knees and was hospitalized.
On September 14, 2018, an employee was repairing a combine feeder house from a stepstool when the employee fell approximately 24 inches onto the concrete floor and broke the right hip.
An employee was servicing a corn planter and became pinned underneath a tractor hitch while kneeling on the ground. The employee suffered a broken leg, bruised ribs and a bruised lung.
On 02/16/2017, at approximately 10:50 a.m., an employee tripped on the door threshold while entering a parts stockroom through an outside entrance. The employee stumbled forward and landed awkwardly, breaking a bone in the left upper leg and requiring surgery.
During a break, an employee was engaged in a conversation with a customer. They were standing approximately 7 feet in front of a combine header that was attached to a payloader but also set on jack stands for support. The header dislodged from the payloader, slid forward along with its support stand, and struck both the employee and the customer. The employee was hospitalized with fractures to thoracic and lumbar vertebrae, a fractured rib, and a partially deflated lung. The customer also sustained injury.
An employee was replacing a manure belt in an egg producing poultry house. He was using a mechanical roller and a steel cable to pull (remove) the old manure belt. The employee's ring and little fingertips were pinched between the roller and the cable resulting in partial amputations above the top knuckle.
