On December 17, 2021, two employees were working together to cut a pipe. Employee 1 was operating the saw and employee 2 was standing behind the cutting operation to assist. Employee 1 moved the saw to the side and the blade contacted employee 2's arm. Employee 2 was hospitalized with a laceration, and surgery was needed to remove plastic embedded in their arm.
