Three bakery mixer bowls were stacked on a rolling transportation cart next to bags of flour, adjacent to a starter fermenter. An employee was moving bags of flour. Needing to move the bowls, the employee moved the cart. The bowls tumbled off the cart and bounced off the floor. While the employee was trying to stop the bowls from rolling, his right ring fingertip was crushed between two of them. He suffered a contusion and amputation to the fingertip.
An employee was walking to her vehicle at the conclusion of her shift when she was struck by a vehicle in the parking lot, resulting in a fractured left patella and fibula.

The employee suffered a laceration to the left ring finger that required stitches, bruising to the right ring finger, and fractures to the right middle finger that necessitated medical amputation of the fingertip.

After rewiring the new spool, the employee's clothing got caught in the turning shaft when the left spindle started back up.
