An employee was standing on a ladder and trying to align a chain on a shop door roller when he lost his balance and he fell approximately 6 feet to the ground below. The employee landed on his feet, resulting in tibia and fibula fractures.
An employee was assisting with disassembling a crane and loading rigging on the decking. The employee stepped on a 4-by-4 and lost his balance, causing him to fall off the decking and strike his head on the outriggers of the crane. He was hospitalized with a head injury.
