Employee 1 complied and got in the driver's seat of his car, at which point employee 2 attempted to get in the passenger's side. Employee 1 started his car and tried to reverse rapidly. When employee 1 was pulling away, employee 2 fired his weapon four times through the passenger side window, hitting employee 1 in the back and right side three times and grazing his front side one time.
