Final narrative
An employee made a stop and was checking his semi-truck and equipment. While entering the cab, his left leg made contact with a piece of emergency equipment. The lower left leg was broken and the employee was hospitalized.
An employee finished loading a trailer and needed a strap to secure the freight. He drove his forklift down the dock to the next sector to get a strap from another trailer. He picked up the strap and was driving back to the loaded trailer when the strap got caught under the forklift's tires. The strap was pulled from his hand and skin was removed from his right arm.
