On February 28, 2022, an employee tripped over a hospital bed cord and fell to the floor, suffering a broken hip. The employee was hospitalized and underwent surgery.
An employee was assaulted by a patient on 11/25/15 at 10:20am. During the assault, the patient knelt on the employee's chest. The employee was later hospitalized for a heart attack.
