At about 5:15 a.m. on March 2, 2022, an Amazon employee tripped while walking through a parking lot, then slipped on rock salt and suffered a broken femur. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was working at a return counter when their foot got caught in a cable for a scanner. They fell and suffered a fractured right femur and a bruised right hip.
