On April 17, 2023, an employee was walking in the powered industrial truck (PIT) parking area of the warehouse and tripped over the forks of an order picker. The employee fell to the ground and struck their forehead on the fork of another order picker, causing a laceration to the forehead and a fractured arm. The employee was hospitalized.
An employee was working at a return counter when their foot got caught in a cable for a scanner. They fell and suffered a fractured right femur and a bruised right hip.
