At about 10:15 p.m. on March 16, 2022, an employee was making repairs in a paver machine. The machine caught the employee's left arm and amputated it near the elbow.

An employee was using a crane to lower the top part of a block mold onto the base. On the way down, the mold got struck. The employee was unjamming the top of the mold when his fingers were crushed between the top of the mold and the base. The employee's left middle fingertip was amputated.

An employee was sweeping near a conveyor belt when his sleeve was caught in the tail pulley. His right arm was pulled into the belt and pulley, fracturing the forearm.
