On March 16, 2022, an employee was on a production line, taking a vehicle body on a carrier pallet, when the vehicle shifted. The employee attempted to straighten the vehicle body and his left little finger was caught between it and the carrier pallet. He suffered an amputation to the fingertip.
On May 21, 2024, at approximately 10:15 a.m., an employee was using a bandsaw to cut an 18 section of steel squares. The saw was equipped with hydraulic vises. As the employee was positioning the metal on the saw table, his right thumb struck against the saw blade and the tip was amputated. The saw blade was not running at the time of the incident.
