On May 21, 2024, at approximately 10:15 a.m., an employee was using a bandsaw to cut an 18 section of steel squares. The saw was equipped with hydraulic vises. As the employee was positioning the metal on the saw table, his right thumb struck against the saw blade and the tip was amputated. The saw blade was not running at the time of the incident.
