An employee was adjusting the turbine control governor on the servo when the governor rack moved and caught their left thumb between the block and connection arms. This crushed and lacerated the thumb.

On September 16, 2023 at 7:30am, a crew was clearing a cone plug/bridge in the upper section of an ash discharger.
