Final narrative
On April 8, 2022, an employee was replacing a service drop at a residence. A ladder was hung from the hardline strand facing away from the house. While the employee was descending the ladder the cable from the house let go and sling shot the employee off the ladder onto the ground. The employee sustained a compound fracture to the right lower leg.
