An employee was performing routine maintenance on the discharge pipe attached to the chipper. The employee climbed onto the equipment using a ladder and was lowered to the ground using a bucket with a two-foot rim. While exiting the bucket, the employee tripped and fell head first onto the concrete ground. The employee sustained a skull fracture.

On 2/3/21 at 2:21 p.m., an employee was setting the rolls in a pellet mill using wrenches and an air blower to blow off the dust that accumulates. The employee's glove became caught in the roll, pulling his left hand in and amputating his ring and middle fingers. The nail and skin was removed from his index finger.
An employee was on an A-frame ladder retrieving materials from a shelf. He slipped and fell and his leg got caught in the ladder rungs, breaking his left tibia.

While rotating the cable drum, the employee reached for the new cable that was to be installed. The grease fitting on the drive shaft caught their fall harness and pulled them underneath the drive shaft. The employee was pinned between the drive shaft and two pieces of angle steel, resulting in a fracture to their left hip.
On October 5, 2025, an employee was pulling a pressure washer hose when it it disconnected from the cooker. The employee was struck by jets of high-pressure water, resulting in lacerations to their left thigh requiring surgery. The employee was hospitalized.
