Final narrative
While stepping from one railcar to another, an employee fell between the cars. The employee's fall protection cable caught the employee, but was then cut by the railcar. The employee fell to the ground and suffered a broken right femur, bruising to the hips, and scrapes and cuts.
The employee was on top of a rail car to level the grain that was deposited into the car when they fell 13-15 feet to the ground. The employee sustained a right leg fracture.
