On June 5, 2022, an employee was unloading a truck when they fell between the truck and a dock plate that was positioned upward. The employee suffered internal bleeding and a contusion on their left leg that required hospitalization.

An employee was working at the outfeed side of a winder machine. As he was making a cut with a box knife under an 18-inch drive roller, he was caught between the large drive roller and the small drive roller. His right arm was pulled in up to the shoulder. He suffered broken ribs and a punctured lung.
On January 15, 2021, an employee pulled a machine's exit conveyor away from the machine while attempting to unjam plastic from behind the blade of the machine. The blade amputated the employee's left index finger to the second knuckle. The machine was not locked out at the time of the incident.
On October 6, 2020, an employee was operating a bagger machine. As the employee was getting a bag, the moving cutter knife amputated the tuft of the employee's right index finger.
On November 28, 2017, an employee was attempting to remove a jam from a bubble manufacturing machine when the employee's right ring finger was caught and lacerated in the drive chain, resulting in a fingertip amputation.

On July 30, 2025, an employee was assisting co-workers in using a hoist to position an injection molding tool onto a work table. As the tool was being lowered, the slide section shifted, trapping and amputating the employee's right thumb tip.

The vacuum lost suction and dropped the plastic sheet onto the employee's arm, pinning it between two sheets and resulting in a broken right forearm.
